Attorney Diana Vargas is a graduate of Boston University, University of La Verne, and Pomona College. Ms. Vargas handles criminal and immigration cases.
Ms. Vargas has successfully dismissed criminal cases, reduced criminal charges, and handles any felony or misdemeanor case in Southern California. She has represented people charged with drug offenses, sex crimes, DUI's, child abuse and child endangerment charges, burglary, grand theft, petty theft, and other felony and misdemeanor cases.
Ms. Vargas has helped many people obtain their U.S. citizenship and permanent residency, and has helped permanent residents keep their resident status even when they are charged with a crime.
In addition to working at the Vargas Law Offices, Ms. Vargas is an advocate for her community. Born and raised in Southern California, she gives back to the community that helped her grow into the person she is today. Ms. Vargas is an adjunct professor at Chaffey College, and volunteers at legal fairs held by the college and other organizations.
