Denied DACA? You may qualify in 2015!

Were you told you did not qualify for DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) because you were "too old"?  Or were you told you did not qualify because you came "too late"?

Good news!

The executive action on immigration will ELIMINATE the age restriction.  This means that you do not have to be born before  June 15, 1981 to qualify for Deferred Action.  You can be any age, so long as you meet the other requirements for DACA.  Contact us if you have questions regarding the other requirements.

If you were told you came too late, you may qualify as long as you arrived prior to January 1, 2010.

These changes will be implemented around February 2015.  Please call us if you have any questions!  Don't let legal problems bug you, call (909)55-HELP-U.  That's (909)554-3578.

The benefits to Deferred Action are relief from deportation and a work permit.
